1. THEY SPROUT APPO' S ALL OVER!!

- By intending to impose on an IMPOSTOR, to a "spurious".

- By believing that the People of Mexico is ingenuous and submitted.

- By the voracity and avarice of the "barons of the money $$".

- By being stolen and raped the young and New Democracy that all of we begin to build in the year 2000 and the treason of mister fox.

- By being make fun of the Mexican citizens with its nasty promotionals "amarillistas" to frighten the spirit of many Mexicans through television announcements.

- By intending "to sell" our national heritage

- By the "High Treason" perpetrated by the electoral institutions (IFE, the TRIFE and the SCJN).

And FOR ALL THE STATEMENTS OF THE CIVIL RESISTANCE and Pacific OF THE NATIONAL DEMOCRATIC CONVENTION

In a spontaneous way, the authentic PEOPLE OF MEXICO is being organizing to MAINTAIN the PEACEFUL CIVIL RESISTANCE throughout the country.

And in honor of the Heróica APPO (Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca), more APPO have been born. They want to sprout, to grow, to flourish, throughout all the country. Slowly but constantly in each town, in each region. By groups of ten, hundreds, or thousands of APPO' S

The people of Mexico are initially forming APPO´S, local, in colonies, communities, towns, cities, regions, countries, later themselves will be integrating, organizing, and structuring.

By now, the people who have the opportunity and the honor to be able to support and to orient other individuals and many groups and organizations that have the will, the dream, the wish and the decision to act and participate in favor of create their own APPO' S. We are supporting them, through an organization called: APPOYO

At the present moment some activist, are traveling through the "corridor" that splits different cities such us the city of Veracruz-Xalapa-Tlaxcala-Puebla-Pachuca-Queretaro-Celaya-Irapuato-Guadalajara-Tepic-Puerto Vallarta. The main objective is to create an "expansive wave" that cover all the national territory and then it could be expanded to other communities who are living outside of Mexico.

We are already spreading "from coast to coast” …Spreading, Spreading, Spreading…!


2. The Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca (APPO), arises in Los Angeles

It endorses total to the popular fight in its communities of origin and the repudiation al use of the force, main reason of the native statement

Los Angeles, California.- The sense of community, to be together, becomes the connection that unites them with the people of LA in this cold and individualist country. Little by little the Mixtec civilization has arrived, zapotecos and young ayuuk j' aay of the region mixe. They have recently emigrated to this country. As in their original towns, the agreements are continue assuming in assembly and in the last meeting the natives have decided to be part of the Popular Assembly of the People of Oaxaca (APPO).

The people present in the constitution assembly on October 5, gave its word and told the others what this decision signifies for themselves. By the moment, their participation will consist in offering solidarity to the brothers and sisters that are fighting in Oaxaca-Mexico. They want to carry out actions, mobilizations, and accusations against Ulises Ruiz Ortiz, the represor governor in Oaxaca. Those who came from Zaachila and Macuiltianguis were the most enthusiastic in the promotion of the adhesion to the APPO. Everybody shared the same feelings, those who came from Zogocho, the Cajonos region and practically from within all the different regions of the native land of President Juárez. The first indigenous president in LatinoAmerica.

"We are the same, here and overthere. Any attack who affects to them, it affects us. Also, to our families, and to our brothers and sisters", was commented by Odilia Romero, general organizer of the woman affairs for the FIOB.

De forma espontánea, Popular, HOY el auténtico PUEBLO DE MÉXICO se está organizando para MANTENER la RESISTENCIA CIVIL PACÍFICA
En todo el territorio nacional.

Y en Honor a la Heróica APPO (Asamblea Popular de los Pueblos de Oaxaca) nacen, brotan, crecen, florecen, a lo largo y ancho de todo el país, lenta pero constantemente en cada pueblo, en cada región, decenas, cientos, miles de APPO’S

Se inician formando APPO´S, locales, en colonias, comunidades, pueblos, ciudades, regiones, paises, después se irán integrando, organizando, estructurando.

Por lo pronto, quienes tenemos la oportunidad y el honor, de poder apoyar y orientar a los muchos grupos y poblaciones que tienen la voluntad, la inquietud y la decisión de ACTUAR a favor de constituir sus propias APPO’S los estamos apoyando, a través de una organización en ciernes denominada: APPOYO.

Actualmente algunos promotores, estamos recorriendo el “cinturón” que parte de la ciudad de Veracruz-Xalapa-Tlaxcala-Puebla-Pachuca-Queretaro-Celaya-Irapuato-Guadalajara-Tepic-Puerto Vallarta. Se trata de crear una “onda expansiva” que cubra todo el territorio nacional y despues se expanda a lo internacional.

Por lo pronto ya estamos “de costa a costa” …CRECIENDO, CRECIENDO, CRECIENDO…!

2. Surge la Asamblea Popular de los Pueblos de Oaxaca (APPO), en Los Angeles

Respaldo total a la lucha popular en sus comunidades de origen y el repudio al uso de la fuerza, razón principal de la declaración indígena

Los Angeles, California.- El sentido de comunidad, el estar juntos, se convierte en la conexión que los une en este frío e individualista Primer Mundo. Poco a poco llegan mixtecos, zapotecos y jóvenes ayuuk j’aay de la región mixe media, recientemente emigrados a este país. Como en sus pueblos de origen, aquí los acuerdos se siguen tomando en asamblea y en esta ocasión los indígenas reunidos decidieron declararse parte de la Asamblea Popular de los Pueblos de Oaxaca (APPO).

Los presentes en la asamblea realizada el 5 de octubre, dieron su palabra sobre lo que ésta decisión significa. Por el momento, su participación consistirá en brindar solidaridad a los compañeros que están luchando en México realizando acciones movilización y denuncia en contra del represor gobierno de Ulises Ruiz Ortiz. Los de Zaachila y Macuiltianguis fueron los más entusiastas en promover la adhesión a la APPO; compartieron este sentir, los de Zogocho, los Cajonos y prácticamente todos los originarios de la sierra Juárez.

“Somos los mismos, aquí y allá. Lo que les pase a ellos nos afecta a nosotros también, a nuestras familias, a nuestros paisanos”, comentó Odilia Romero, coordinadora general de asuntos de la mujer del FIOB.
